Disponibilitatile banesti (banii din contul bancar) reprezinta diferenta dintre incasarile obtinute din vanzarea marfii si platile efectuate pentru achizitiile de marfa.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">In general, din marja comerciala obtinuta trebuie sa se acopere celelalte cheltuieli care sustin activitatile firmei: cheltuieli cu transportul de aprovizionare si distributie a marfii, cheltuielile cu utilitatile (chirie, energie, apa, telecomunicatii), cheltuielile cu salariile si dobanzile.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-border-alt: none windowtext 0cm; border: windowtext 1pt; padding: 0cm;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">In general, fluxul de numerar rezultat din tranzactiile comerciale trebuie sa creeze excedent de disponibilitati banesti, adica incasarile trebuie sa fie mai mari decat platile, pentru ca activitatile firmei sa nu intre in blocaj financiar. </span></span></p>

Cauza acestui deficit financiar o constituie necorelarea sumelor si termenelor de incasare si de plata negociate cu clientii si furnizorii acestei tranzactii comerciale.</span></span></p>

Pentru ca pana acum jumatate de an, majoritatea afacerilor evoluau intr-un context economic favorabil, unde toate ideile interesante sau oportunitatile de piata puteau fi testate, pentru ca existau si posibilitati de finantare, mai ales din partea societatilor bancare. Aveai nevoie de bani, pentru investitii sau capital de lucru, si ii obtineai de la banca, dupa ce banca facea o analiza economico-financiara a afacerii si in schimbul unor garantii imobiliare.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Pana in septembrie-decembrie 2008</span></span></em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">, prioritatile mediului de afaceri romanesc vizau dezvoltarea afacerilor si anume:<br />
* cresterea cotei de piata si cifrei de afaceri;<br />
* realizarea de investitii si atragerea de capitaluri;<br />
* angajari de personal si promovarea talentului.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Inceputul anului 2009 a debutat sub semnul incertitudinii si instabilitatii</span></span></em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> la nivelul fiecarei afaceri, iar prioritatile de business in aceste conditii de criza economico-financiara se concentreaza spre:<br />
* asigurarea finantarii, printr-un management eficient al cash-flow-ului;<br />
* mentinerea afacerii pe piata, prin controlul costurilor si adaptarea ofertei de produse si servicii la cerintele actuale ale cosumatorilor, la puterea lor de cumparare.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Efectele crizei economico-financiare se resimt diferit la nivelul fiecarei companii,  in functie de modul in care interactioneaza cu elementele care caracterizeaza piata pe care activeaza: clienti, furnizori, concurenti, institutii financiare.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><strong><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Dar efectele crizei economico-financiare pot fi influentate si de deciziile manageriale privind alocarea si valorificarea eficienta a resurselor de care dispune firma.</span></em></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">De aceea este foarte important ca in cazul evaluarii si reorganizarii afacerii sa se tina cont atat de perspectiva financiara si cat si de perspectiva manageriala.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Perspectiva financiara:<br />
</span></span></em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Avem stocuri de produse in valoare de 300.000 euro. Aceasta inseamna &#8220;bani imobilizati&#8221; care trebuie deblocati ca sa genereze cash in perioada imediat urmatoare.<br />
</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"><em> Perspectiva manageriala:<br />
</em>Care este structura acestor stocuri: cantitate, calitate, cost de achizitie?<br />
Care sunt locatiile in care se regasesc aceste stocuri?<br />
Care sunt clientii traditionali care consuma aceste produse?<br />
Putem sa atragem noi clienti, fara costuri suplimentare de promovare?<br />
Cum putem stimula vanzarea si scurtarea timpului de incasare?<br />
</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"><em> Evaluare economico-financiara:<br />
</em>Pentru fiecare optiune de valorificare a stocurilor existente, se vor avea in vedere cateva repere cum ar fi:<br />
* timpul si ritmul in care &#8220;banii imobilizati&#8221; se transforma in &#8220;bani lichizi&#8221;;<br />
* costurile suplimentare necesare pentru obtinerea acestor lichiditati (contactarea clientilor, oferirea de discounturi, transportul produselor, alte servicii conexe).</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Perspectiva financiara:<br />
</span></span></em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Costurile fixe lunare ale firmei sunt in valoare de 200.000 euro si se refera la: salarii si asigurari sociale, chirii, energie si apa, paza, combustibil, delegatii, asigurari,  dobanzi si servicii bancare. Vanzarile au scazut pana la nivelul de 150.000 euro / luna si trebuie optimizate costurile fixe.<br />
</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"><em> Perspectiva manageriala:<br />
</em>Care sunt structura acestor costuri fixe pe tipuri de activitati si pe departamente etc? Care este numarul si structura de personal, care este politica de salarizare si bonusare pe categorii de personal? Care sunt caracteristicile locatiilor inchiriate: locatie, suprafata, activitati desfasurare, costuri, beneficii? Care este soldul creditelor bancare si care este graficul de rambursare?<br />
</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"><em> Evaluare economico-financiara:<br />
</em>Pentru fiecare alternativa de reducere a costurilor fixe ale firmei, se vor avea in vedere:<br />
* prioritatile pe termen imediat si scurt: reducerea obligatiilor de plata ale firmei si asigurarea echilibrului financiar in raport cu incasarile firmei;<br />
* prioritatile pe termen mediu si lung: mentinerea si optimizarea activitatilor si resurselor care asigura continuitatea si relansarea afacerii.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 7.5pt 0cm 3.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><em><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Daca fiecare manager ar putea sa aprecieze financiar care este valoarea resurselor administrate in activitatea proprie si plusvaloarea creata, atunci avem perspectiva unor afaceri care se pot autoregla spre performanta financiara.</span></em></span></p>
